Call for Artists and Filmmakers

The Creative Incubator Initiative

cSPACE is excited to announce this new short term Artistic Residency pilot project, supported by the Calgary Foundation.

The Creative Incubator Initiative is conceived in response to the challenges faced by creatives working in the arts sector as a result of the pandemic. This Initiative seeks to enable artists with access to creation space, technological support and cohort learnings in marketing, branding and communications. Participants will document and live stream their creative output, and explore new ways to distribute their creative practice on digital platforms. We welcome applications from artists working in all artistic disciplines who are seeking to re-emerge and explore new applications, markets or opportunities for their creative practice
