Artist Statement

I was given an opportunity this summer to photograph my good friends wood refinishing workshop in Winnipeg. A true successful craftsman doing what he loves. Recreating beautiful pieces of furniture for his clients. The Workshop is not a pretty place, a bit chaotic with everything in its’s place. I hope the mood of my photographs highlight the dusty, vintage treasures I found that day. — Leigh Reed.
